A dealer account gives you

The dealer portal: your projects, your licences and the driver downloads
Activation of each driver licence for the processor it runs on
The dealer app for Windows, to stage drivers and install licences from your laptop

You send this form. Clume keeps your request. You get no automatic email.
Clume contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email to talk about your projects.
Clume sets up your dealer account and sends you a link to set your password.
